What is the booking deposit for?
The deposit confirms your booking and is credited in full against your final bill. Buy ₹5,000 of sarees and you'll pay ₹5,000 minus the deposit. Buy nothing, and the deposit is your only cost — it covers the associate's time and the at-home visit.
What if I don't like any of the sarees?
That's completely fine — there's no obligation to buy. The rider packs the suitcase back up and leaves, and your only cost is the booking deposit. No pressure, no follow-up sales calls.
Will I see the same sarees next time?
No. Every suitcase is tracked at the individual saree level, so the pieces you've already seen are excluded from your next visit. You get a genuinely fresh selection each time.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. You can reschedule free of charge up to 12 hours before your slot. Cancel before the rider has been dispatched and your deposit is refunded in full; once they're on the way, the deposit is non-refundable.
How do I pay for what I keep?
The rider bills you on the spot in the app for only the sarees you're keeping, with your deposit already deducted. Pay by UPI, card, or cash at the door and your digital receipt arrives immediately.
Is it safe to let an associate into my home?
Every representative is a full-time, background-verified Pinit employee — never a gig worker. You'll see their name and photo in the app before they arrive, and a 4-digit OTP on arrival confirms you have the right person.
